BackSavors
Life University is proud to present a new product designed to empower doctors
and patients in spinal and neurological health practices. For years the university
has been developing, researching and perfecting the practices of spinal hygiene.
Now after thorough validation and refinement of its program, Life is offering
BackSavors, a line of spinal hygiene videos for sale.
BackSavors are fun, innovative and easy to perform. They motivate doctors and
patients to improve their spinal, neurological and total wellness. The videos
are comprehensive for all types of patients. They include spine-tuning, integrative,
kinesthetic, proprioceptive and postural improvement activities in an easy-going,
music-enhanced format.
“Strong Core” presents exercises for core strength and lumbar and
thoracic spine stabilization. “Structure Stretches” and “Relaxation”
provide gentle stretches and individualized meditative relaxation for spinal
and neuromuscular health improvement and stress management.
The BackSavors video series is based on the spinal hygiene program which received
the highest rating at a peak performance training camp for Olympic coaches sponsored
by Olympic Solidarity and the International Olympic Committee. Proceeds from
sales of the program will fund service and leadership scholarships at Life University.
